Neumann BCM 104 mt Broadcast/Podcast Microphone is particularly well suited for local radio stations and small studios as well as demanding streaming and podcast applications. The BCM 104 mt has a tight cardioid pattern with excellent rejection of rearward sound. With an integrated pop screen and a switchable high-pass filter to compensate for the proximity effect, the microphone is ideal for speech reproduction at close range. A second switch allows the sensitivity to be reduced by 14 dB. Both the BCM 104 mt's capsule and the microphone are elastically suspended in order to provide protection from structure-borne noise and rumble.
