SmallRig VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery (99Wh)

The VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery from SmallRig is an ultracompact, lightweight 99Wh battery that can support up to a 14A draw at a nominal 14.8V. This travel-friendly battery is suitable for powering handheld cameras, drones, and gimbals. The VB99 provides multiple accessory ports, including one 14.8V D-Tap output, one 8 VDC barrel output, one 12 VDC barrel output, one USB-C output, and one USB-A output for powering various accessories, cameras, or mobile devices.

The battery can be charged using a standard V-mount charger, an optional D-Tap charger, or via the USB-C input/output with a 100W PD fast charger for a full charge in less than two hours. A built-in OLED display shows the remaining battery capacity and status.

SmallRig Dual-Channel V-Mount Battery Charger

The Dual-Channel V-Mount Battery Charger from SmallRig supports simultaneous charging of two V-mount batteries, providing dual-purpose functionality in a portable, handy design. It's capable of charging one battery at 3A current, and it can simultaneously charge two batteries at 2A each.

An ergonomic carry handle, folding stand, On/Off switch, and LED status indicators complete the design and allow for comfortable and efficient operation. Safety circuits prevent charging faults and maintain the battery's lifespan. A power cable is included to plug the charger into mains power.

NOTE: This charger is not compatible with YinChem Blade batteries.

Great battery. Always reliable! Love being able to see the charging information on the built in screen. Great size and shape. My only complaint is the flappy port covers. They can get in the way a little but not a big deal.

Product was delivered on time and correctly. The battery had 28% charge when it arrived. I used a 140w Anker USB-C charger and a regular v-mount battery charger (not at the same time). Multiple USB-C cables were also used. Plugged in the USB-C and the code OT-UT began flashing. I held down the power button for a few seconds, the firmware number, cycles and watts screen came on, but a few seconds later the OT-UT screen began flashing again. I then tapped the power button a few times, the same thing happened. I discharged the battery and attempted to charge again. The same thing happened. I left on the charger for a few hours. Nothing changed. I needed if for this week and now I have an expensive brick.

Could I power the my camera via usb-c while also powering my monitor through the barrel out? Or will this cause issues if using at the same time

As long as your camera and monitor support each power output you would be able to do so using the SmallRig VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery.

The SmallRig VB99 mini Battery Kit with Folding V-Lock Plate (6800mAh, V-Mount) does not directly connect to the FeelWorld 10.1" 4K Ultra-Bright Touchscreen Monitor with Loop-Through HDMI & 3G-SDI. You would need an adapter like the Dynacore V-Mount to L-Series/NP-F Battery Adapter (7.4V) (https://bhpho.to/3TUa2UU).

Regarding the SmallRig VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery (99Wh) and rating of Wh specifically, Watt-hours (Wh) measure a battery’s or device’s total energy capacity, showing how much power it can deliver over time. Unlike watts, which indicate instantaneous power rate, watt-hours combine power and duration for practical comparisons. Watt-hours calculate as power in watts multiplied by time in hours: Wh = W × h. For batteries, it’s often voltage (V) times amp-hours (Ah): Wh = V × Ah.
