Domke Messenger Bag for the Win

This is the fourth Domke bag I've had over the years, and my new favorite. I like the canvas and the color and the size. It's great for everyday carry and for travel, carrying one body and a couple of lenses, some batteries, and other bits and bobs. I tried the Domke F802 Reporters messenger bag first, and again, great design and construction, but I found it to be TOO large for my use case. It would probably be great for someone carrying a laptop and documents on a daily basis, but it was not good for cameras and lenses, and a little too floppy to use in a crowd. I actually have two other copies of this F-803 bag, both in Black Cordera Nylon--they are great, but too heavy for the bag's size, and stiff due to the material; I gave one to a friend who uses it for a laptop bag, and I keep the second in reserve. I also have a large traditional Domke Photojournalist bag in black nylon, and it is great to use and basically indestructible, but that's for a two camera/four lens job and not for daily carry or travel. All of them are well-designed and made of premium materials. I guess I'd get another. Oh, I did.

Fits 13 MacBook Air M4

Purchased solely for commuting with my MacBook Air M4 that fits in the main compartment. One of the front pockets holds my power brick and cable, the other holds my small bag containing thumb drives, 2TB WD USB-C drive, HDMI cable and USB-C hub. All that I need for productivity. I don't use the insert that comes with the bag. It's typical Domke quality and the gripper strap ensures the bag stays where I put it on my shoulder.

Does anyone know of a USA made day bag a little ...

Does anyone know of a USA made day bag a little smaller than this? I will probably carry a Fuji mirrorless with small prime plus another prime or 18-55 kit lens. Also accessories like batteries, filters, cleaning wipes, cell phone, etc. I have this bag but it is a little large for going to amusement parks and day trips.

No, the Domke F-803 Camera Messenger Bag (Olive Drab) is too small to fit the Z50 with the lens attached. With out the lens attached it will fit. And it will fit the 10 inch Ipad.

Will the tenba byob 9 fit i side this? I think the tenba has a depth of 4 inches but I'm wondering if it'll still work reasonably well

If you are ok with some space on the length and some compression of the Tenba insert in the bag in the 3" dimension it could work though it would be snug.
