Does anyone know what other head plates can fit on this tripod head?
At this time, no other plates are known to work with this tripod head. One solution is to get as many quick release adapters and corresponding plates you need for your cameras, tripods, gimbals and stabilizers. Here is one example. Axler QRA-501S Quick-Release Assembly B&H # AXQRA501S and Axler QRP-501S Quick-Release Plate (Standard) B&H # AXQRP501S.

Does this tripod have a removable head to be used for sliders?
While the head on this tripod is removable, it has a very uncommon size of a 65mm ball. There will be no options that allow you to mount the head on to a slider I'm afraid. A better option would be to have a separate video head on the slider, or you could look in to a tripod like B&H #BEA2573FS4. The S4 head which comes with that tripod can be removed and from there you could put the slider on the tripod and the head on the slider.
