SmallRig 4183B Camera Cage Kit with Top Handle, Side Handle, Mounting Plate Set & 15mm Rods for Sony FX30/FX3

Protect and mount a variety of accessories onto your Sony FX3 or FX30 camera with this lightweight 4183B Camera Cage from SmallRig. This formfitting aluminum cage maintains access to the camera's controls and features a variety of mounting options. The 4183B version of the cage features an HDMI cable clamp constructed of PC and fiber for a lighter form factor. The camera mounts onto the cage using 1/4"-20 screws on the bottom and the side to prevent twisting, and rubber padding on the base protects the camera.

In addition to a shoe mount, a removable NATO rail, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage features ARRI-style accessory mounts for preventing accessories from twisting when mounted on the cage. The cage also features an integrated Arca-style base that allows you to use standard Arca-style tripod heads and gimbal mounts. There are strap slots on either side of the cage to add a camera strap. A built-in screwdriver on the bottom allows you to secure the camera screws.

The included NATO rail must be removed for use with the original Sony XLR handle.

The Arca-Swiss/Manfrotto-Type Height-Adjustable Mounting Plate Set from SmallRig adds quick release and height adjustment capabilities to your gimbal or tripod-mounted camera configuration for quick transitions between handheld and stabilized shooting. Included in the set is a Manfrotto-type 501-compatible bottom plate, an Arca-swiss top plate with two 1/4"-20 mounting screws, and a height-adjustable base. The base gives you 0.8" of vertical adjustment and can support both vertical and horizontal camera mounting of the bottom plate.

The Arca-swiss plate is compatible with DJI RS series gimbals for quick transitions between handheld, stabilizer, and tripod setups. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads at the bottom of the Manfrotto-type plate allow you to attach it to a tripod of your choice. A two-stage locking lever ensures your camera remains secure.

Lightweight yet durable, this pair of 12" black 15mm Aluminum Rods from SmallRig is designed for mounting accessories on your camera rig.

Integrated 12mm threads on each end enable you to lengthen the rods using separately available extensions.

This Rotating Side Handle with Trigger REC from SmallRig provides a secure grip for your camera, cage, or rig with 1/4"-20 threads or a NATO rail. This aluminum handle can be configured for either right- or left-side use and can rotate 360° for optimal positioning using a quick-unlock button. It also includes a 2" NATO rail with two 1/4"-20 screws to mount onto a cage or rig that does not include its own NATO rail. A battery slot in the bottom allows you to power accessories via USB-C PD fast charging with an optional L-series battery.

A record/stop trigger button lets you control the camera's REC function. Included with the handle is a USB-C control cable that connects select Sony cameras. The top of the handle features 1/4"-20 threads and a shoe mount for adding a light, microphone, monitor, mounting arm, or other accessories.
