I've only had my Benro MSD46CB SupaDupa for a couple of weeks, but have dragged it to ball fields and through the Smokey Mountains with no complaints. It's so light yet supports my Z8 and 150-600 solidly. I would highly recommend.

I have to say this is one of the best impulse buys I’ve made in a long time. I shoot ice hockey action almost every weekend from August- April many times on a shaky bench. This monopod is solid and having the top adjustment for fast changes is great. I also added the extra height using a added extender to the bottom.
