241FB Pump Cup with Flat Base - for Lightweight Equipment is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommended I purchased the Manfrotto pump cup with a Junior 3D Head for car on-board videos on touring and sports events. I was initially quite afraid the entire set might fall, thus damaging the paintjob and the equipment... However, after many successful uses both inside the car (mounted on all windows) as well as outside (front of the hood, door, trunk) and driving up to 140km/h (approx. 90mph) in rough conditions (hard suspension, aggressive braking and cornering, vibrations due to bumps and kerbs), I can honestly recommend it. The pump cup holds well and the entire set is very stable and stiff with only slight movements actually absorbing the vibrations - the results are great even despite using a cheap old mini DVD camcorder. The only downside is that it requires quite flat surfaces - gentle curves (windshields, hoods) are OK with careful mounting (once it starts pumping in it will hold), but some seemingly suitable areas (curved doors etc.) won't be available for use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality I mounted a Nikon D300 on this pump cup, the cup was able to hold the camera with a 1.7 lbs tripod head with no problem. Great quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Pump Cup for Video First of all I am in the professional video industry, and I use this for video not for photo. However, I do use this to mount my 5D mkII and 16-35 2.8L primarily onto cars or other vehicles for shoots. I bought an inexpensive ball head, around 12 dollars, and it holds it tightly with no problems whatsoever. During the first few uses, it takes a little more time to get the cup to vacuum on because the rubber is so new and stiff, but after it's been used a few times it works like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pump! Worked like a charm! Had to run a couple of test drives with it first, and finally added my camera (bmpcc) and took it for a spin. I've only driven with it sitting on the hood, but seems to hold just fine. I still need to try it on the window and also with my canon 6D. I would definitely recommend this if in need of a suction mount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, real solid and sturdy We put the suction cup on the car door, car windshield on the inside and outside and it stays very firm. At first I was very scared to mount my Canon 60D outside of the car, I drove about 60mph and it stayed firm. Once you put it on, it's not going to come off. Your door or windshield is going to come off before this suction cup. If any of you are looking to buy a suction cup for your camera, look no further. There are plenty of cheap ones out there as well some good ones but pricy. But for $ or $, this is the great buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well Haven't used it with camera gear yet, but have mounted it to several surfaces for testing. When the unit does attach to a surface, it is solid and holds well. Will have to continue to experiment with this, but it works well so far. Well made, the rubber base may need to get broken in as I had a difficult time getting it to release initially, but works fine now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PumpThis! I stuck this pump cup to the dash of my car to show my daughter how it worked and when I went to remove it , it pulled the centre section of my dash out with it. Needless to say, it woks all too well.
