The HD 650 from Sennheiser are reference-class stereo headphones designed to deliver a true audiophile experience with an open, natural sound. The Sennheiser HD 650 Stereo Reference Headphones have a higher than average impedance rating of 300 ohms, so although they will work with any device that has a 3.5mm headphone jack, they may be quieter than expected when used with consumer devices such as phones and tablets. For that reason, using a separate headphone amplifier is recommended.
