I have the 32 inch umbrellas which I got in the kit. It is not obvious to me how to remove the black cover - how is this done?

When the Impact Convertible Umbrella - White Satin with Removable Black Backing - 32" is closed or partially close is when it is easiest to take the black cover off. It comes off from the metal connation points. And you might want to come into live store chat which is like a zoom and an agent can show you. https://bhpho.to/3CU3XAD https://www.bhphotovideo.com/l/Live-Video-Chat
