Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems sturdy need to get it muddy now Got this for my HALO 600 rangefinder, wanted something I can release and have it out of the way, but also near by when I need in a hurry. I wear my old military TA-50 LBE when hurting and have it clipped on the off hand shoulder harness - only concern will be once I get it muddy how the grit and mud will be handled if brought back on the cable during retract - the case is plastic, so also will cover in cloth tape to cut down on the noise made from it retracting - otherwise seems to be as advertised so far

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I attached this to my Nikon Monarch 800 rangefinder and hung it on my golf bag. The springloaded tether was strong enough to keep it retracted while I carried my bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbreakable & Durable I am not using this with a rangefinder. I am using this as my everday badge holder to replace the cheap ones I normally get from work. I am suprise by the quality and the strength of the cord. I normally go through a tether about every six month and will cause me to lose my key and/or badge or both. I don't think this one will be replaced anytime soon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strong and Secure I'm trying to use it to secure my cell phone, not a rangefinder. The tether is well made. It doesn't come loose from either end until you release it. The cable has more tension that I can use however. It could be a bit longer too. I can't use it because of these limitations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and strong This has a strong metal cable and enough tension to support my large Sekonic light meter. Exactly what I was looking for. Nicer than those hardware store key tethers. Would be nice if it had a belt clip on the back and a removable top hook/clip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeping it tethered. Going to use this on my Motorcycle, alway keep a GoPro camera on my bike but being a adventure rides the roads are not always smooth, I have already lost one camera and don't want to loose another one. this tether is super strong and awesome!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does the job! I bought this tether to hold my range finder when bow hunting. It does the job! It's very convenient while still hunting, but it does make some noise when walking. I am satisfied with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than I expected This is way better than I thought it would be. I bought one for my rangefinder and one for my binoculars. I use them for archery and they do get a lot of use. There a good buy.
