do these have good airflow without the fan?
the louver's main purpose is to block light, but it's plenty big enough to provide air, but if this is for a grow closet or room, you'll need and exhaust fan to pull in air though the louver. a revolving fan circulates air but doesn't provide fresh air. Figure the cubic feet and purchase and exhaust fan accordingly. Good luck

Where do I purchase the compatible fan(s)?? I can't seem to find them anywhere on the website.
This is typically used as a passive inlet vent, letting return air back into your darkroom. As such it needs no connection. It is not fully light tight if the outside is exposed to bright sunshine.
