do these have good airflow without the fan?
No. They restrict airflow and reduce the efficiency of a fan, but work great for passive intake without any light leak!

Where do I purchase the compatible fan(s)?? I can't seem to find them anywhere on the website.
This is typically used as a passive inlet vent, letting return air back into your darkroom. As such it needs no connection. It is not fully light tight if the outside is exposed to bright sunshine.
