A high quality pre-cut mat.

I find that this 4-ply pre-cut mat provides a high quality final touch to my prints. I do own a mat cutter but for standard sized prints, I find pre-cut mats are competitively priced. B&H's rapid order fulfillment process also means I don't need to inventory mat materials.

What size is this product 48-019? Title says for ...

What size is this product 48-019? Title says for 13x19" print, but window says 11.9x17.9 for 12x18" print?

11.9 x 17.9" (30.2 x 45.5 cm) is the window opening. This will allow for a boarder if you are working with 13x19 paper. If you make the print a 12x18 (on a 13x19 paper) the window opening will not take much off the print.
