This 5-pack of 20 x 24" Bright White Pre-Cut Exhibition Mat Board's from Archival Methods fits 13 x 19" prints. Each board comes fully assembled with a 4-ply beveled window and a 2-ply backing board, which are hinged together with linen tape on the long side of the boards. The bright white, 100% cotton museum board has a centered window for displaying your print. The exhibition mat can be hung in a vertical or horizontal orientation.

What size is this product 48-019? Title says for 13x19" print, but window says 11.9x17.9 for 12x18" print?
11.9 x 17.9" (30.2 x 45.5 cm) is the window opening. This will allow for a boarder if you are working with 13x19 paper. If you make the print a 12x18 (on a 13x19 paper) the window opening will not take much off the print.
