The Bogen Communications S86T725 is an 8" 4W unmounted paging ceiling speaker offering easy installation and full frequency response for paging, talkback, background music, and security applications in schools, offices, warehouses, and more. It features a mounted transformer, which allows operation at up to 4W with 25 or 70V amplifiers. The cone-type loudspeaker utilizes a six-ounce magnet, and delivers a frequency response of 50 Hz to 12 kHz. The 6" transformer leads are stripped and tinned for simple wiring at any of the six power tap settings.

The volume can be changed by connecting to different taps on the transformer ( 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, or 4 watts). That is one of the advantages of a 25/70 volt system.

What leads do I use from the Bogen S86-T725 ceiling speakers(11) to a Bogen V250 amplifier?
You will use the black lead for common (earth/ground) and then whichever tap you choose to use (25v 70v or 8 ohm) and connect the corresponding lead to the amp.
