How robust is the actual loop that attaches to the camera lug? Could it wear through and break?
The nylon cord used in the Mini QD Loops is very sturdy. One note, it is important that, on cameras with lugs designed for use with split rings, you use a split ring so there is no risk of damage to the strap from being cut by sharp edges or burrs in the lug as these connection points are typically not de-burred as precisely as other connectors. Recommended load on this strap is up to 2.5 lbs. for maximum comfort. It is always a good idea to check your strap and connectors when you periodically check all of your gear for signs of wear and tear.

How is the wrist strap adjusted?
The strap is adjusted by the sliding attachment. For me, I don't use the slider often, but it does work. I like this wrist strap.

I have an OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap on each of my camera bodies. Does the OpTech SLR Wrist Strap use the same size of plastic clip-on connector, so that I may switch easily between the two straps as needed? Thanks in advance for your help.
