Help protect your lens hood from dirt, dust, moisture and bumps with the digital camo, neoprene, X-Large LensCoat Hoodie Lens Hood Cover. The cover fits a lens hood with a 4.75 to 5.25" diameter, provides a thermal barrier, and is easy to install or remove. The Hoodie features a reinforced removable front lens element protection disc made from rigid plastic and foam. Use this made in the USA hoodie to complement the LensCoat cover of the same color on your lens.

Digital Camo is an advanced computer generated camouflage pattern. It is modeled after the U.S. Army's standard-issue ACU pattern to maximize visual break up. The pattern mimics naturally occurring dappled textures and rough boundaries.

Hoodie Lens Hood Cover (X-Large, Digital Camo) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well-constructed - but somewhat of a hassle I got this for my Sigma 150-600mm C. This lens hood cover is well constructed and stays snugly on your lens once it's on (as advertised), as long as you get the right size for your lens. It is however, not quite so easy getting it on or off. The sides of the hood cover are the exact same neoprene material as the LensCoat lens cover. I was hoping there'd be more structure to it so it could easily slip on and off the lens, but that's not the case. (Perhaps I'm asking too much, since a stiffer material might not fit the lens quite as snugly). Taking it off is quick enough, but it does take some time to put back on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so easy to slip on I bought this for my new Tamron 150-600mm lens. From the pictures, it looked to be somewhat rigid ,but it isn't. It came folded up. The sides are not as rigid, but soft. It works, but it takes two hands to pull it over the lens shade. For this lens, it holds ok, but over time it may slip off. Removing it is easy but again, putting it on, takes a bit of time and having enough hands. I'll keep it but I don't know how much it will get used. You can put it on with the lens shade reversed too,, so it can act as an extra pad when transporing in this position, but for that purpose, I would not leave the lens cap off. I guess using it that way, will help keep the lens cap on. Bottom line is that it takes too much time to put on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What I expected Although the add page for the Nikon 200-500 says the large is the right size, it is not. Use the XL. Needs to be stretched on but then stays on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size, good quality I purchased this pouch to use with my Nikkor 80-400 lens, specifically for when the lens is in use, so I don't have to keep using the lens cap. I also have the lens hood installed over the hood (reversed) while I store and carry this lens mounted on my Nikon D5100 in my Lowepro Photo Sport Pro 30L AW in the side-accessible compartment. I am not concerned about this, or other pieces of gear getting damaged. The LensCoat Hoodie is very well built and perfect for my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice complement to lens cover. A must for wildlife photo protect the lens while traveling, an hiding from wildlife. Cover is tight to attach, which is nice since it will prevent falling off while traveling. As a wildlife photographer we put photo gear to severe conditions, and this cover keeps dust, rain and mud out. Works much better than the original lens that came from the manufacturers. It is also washable. I have also use this cover to improvise a resting place for lens tripod mount when shooting away from the tripod.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits Canon 500mm f/4.5 I got this to fit over my Canon 500mm f/4.5, and it fits nicely. It fits over the hood and at least keeps the front end clean when stored. It's not a lot of protection against dings, so I only use it when storing the lens inside of another more durable case. The reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it's a little tight and can be a little hard to slip on, but once on, it stays on nicely. I also wish it were a little longer and covered more of the hood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice hoodie! Just the thing for telephoto with deep lens shade. XL size is perfect for Tamron 150-600 shade. I use it, when out shooting, in place of the lens cap. Hoodie is much easier to get off when speed is important. Nice to have something padded to set lens on if necessary. When shade turned around and lens packed in back pack, hoodie will fold fairly flat, so stores easily. Could be used as makeshift padding in case, or left on lens if you have room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well, no issues. Works well, no issues. these are for manual control of your strobes - not for ttl auto operation. You set the strobes power level - not the camera. Build quality is good but they are not made to handle a large speed light with a heavy modifier attached to the flash trigger. I attach my light boxes to a stand adapter - not to the speed light- the strobe and trigger are attached to a foot on the stand adapter. this keeps the light box weight off the strobe and trigger. Check out the Chimera Speed Ring for Canon and Nikon B&H # CHSRC540EZ I'm a college educated full time photographer: I use these units indoors and outside in all types of environments. They are part of my mini travel lighting kit consisting of 5 Nikon speed lights, modifiers, and light weight stands. I recommend rechargeable Eneloop batteries which lasts a long time and are very dependable.
