perfect fit. I put this on the lens, then wrap the lenscoat travel coat around it for traveling

Well, it's pretty tight and great for packing and traveling. I think in the field I'd prefer one that fits a little less snugly and would be easier to install. I may order one of the 3rd party black neoprene ones that are easier to slide on. But this works fine and is doing the job.

Yes it will, but a little loose. If the hood is attached to use, you can stretch the cover over nice and snug.
