Which background is more useful for corporate headshot - white/grey or black/grey?
Asked by: Victor
Color choice is entirely a matter of style, what lighting you use and camera settings. I use a grey only background. Between the camera and light settings I can go from pure white to solid black and with a gel I can get any color I need.

Would anyone recommend this for video interview or sitting at desk vlogging style work?
Asked by: Victor
With a tight lens for a single person you can make it work. Its a little too small for groups or full body coverage.

question

Is this big enough to do two-person portraits, torso up?
Asked by: Hodaka
I had the same decision and bought the larger (6X7) background because the smaller one seemed to be too small.I am happy with the 6X7.

question

Are there any hooks or straps on the background to use to attach to a (horizontal) pole, like the kind you would use between two stands?
Asked by: Anonymous
There are straps on all sides and a loop at the top. You can hang easily hang it vertically or horizontally. The trick is learning how to fold it up. I found a video on YouTube that shows how to do it and with 2 or 3 practices it is easy to fold up. It is nice addition to a portable studio set up.

I purchased Lastolite's Magnetic Background Support Kit w/Lighting Stand, Carry Case, PART # LL LB1121 for about $139. Compact light and complete, it was worth it.
