Bought 5 of these 2RU drawers. Two of them had the rails detached from the drawer housing - new out of the box. They use cheap pop rivets instead of screws - and the pop rivets come out or break easily. Poor quality control - bad design with the pop rivets.
I used this drawer with my odyssey combo rack. The drawers are built very nicely. The foam is not my favorite, but does provide great support and protection. Both of the drawers with foam came with foam that is too big for the drawer. When you first get it, it is hard to open the drawer and to take the foam out because it is over-sized. The foam also comes in three different pieces and not one full piece. it will break apart vertically but not horizontally which is a pain. With a good knife and some patience, you can cut it perfectly. the foam also does not have a cut out for the lock, but you can easily make space for it. Also, keep in mind the foam is not the soft and cushy foam but it is kind of rough and sturdy. The bottom line: Great Drawer, but foam is okay...
