The Manfrotto Trigrip Holder with Flash Bracket is an ideal accessory for shooting on the run. Functioning much like a photo assistant, the bracket holds an on-camera flash on a swing-away arm at one end and the molded Trigrip reflector or diffuser handle, secured with a strap at the other. The integral ball-joint is then employed to achieve the desired angle for the desired bounced or diffused lighting effect. The attaches to a standard 5/8"(16 mm) light stand stud.

Perfect for photography without Assistant

When you are a photographer who can not afford an assistant or just do not have one, this is perfect to put on a light stand to hold your tri-reflector! Of course you must buy the Lastolite Tri-reflector because the handle is larger than a normal tri-reflector. I had a normal tri-reflector and this holder worked but it was not real steady.

I bought 1 to try it out and will be buying 2 more. I know others have mentioned that the part that holds the reflector isn't strong enough, but it is.

If I would like to adapt it with my tripod (Manfrotto GT), how can I?
Asked by: Tae
You may use an adapter such as the Manfrotto 119 Short (16mm) Adapter Spigot with 1/4"-20 & 3/8" Female Threads B&H # MA119 which can screw into a tripod to allow the TriGrip Holder to attach. https://bhpho.to/2XiMpWf

question

Is this durable enough to hold the 48 trigrip mounted to a C-Stand and sandbagged for outdoor use?
Asked by: Adam C.
I bought it to hold a large reflector, which it did. But the reflector handle was strong enough to hold the reflector will out serious bending and then the reflector handle broke.

Is there a way to purchase the trigrip reflector holder without all the ball joint and flash holder? I just want the holder with the female 5/8.
Asked by: Anonymous
The holder only comes with the ball joint connector.
