This is my go-to paper for B&W photo prints that I frame for hanging and display. It works very well in an Epson P800 printer because the printer recognizes the paper selection from its menu. With other papers I have had to adjust the settings a bit to get a good quality print.

I've used this paper for years and been very happy with it. My black and white exhibition prints look great on it!

Outstanding Matt Fine Art Paper

I've been using this paper for the last year. It is as bright a white as I like, has excellent weight, and the surface has just a bit of texture. It prints my B&W work very well, and many color images look great. With very contrasty deep shadow color images need luster paper, however. This is definitely one of my 'go to' papers! I print on an Epson P6000 and really believe Epson's papers print especially well on their printers, which is what one would expect. Thanks for a great product, Epson!

I've printed only two images with this paper, and I'm happy to report the relationship is a success. Subtle, warm, and film-like quality.

question

can you use this paper 8.5x11 with the Epson XP-960 and do you load it with printable side up in the large cassette tray?
Asked by: Anonymous
I seriously doubt that you can feed this paper through a cassette. I have an Epson P800, into which this paper must be feed by hand using the front fine art loader. It will not run through the top loading feeder on the P800. This paper is not listed in the Manual for this machine. You may able to tell if the machine can handle it by seeing if you can select it in the Printer Dialog Box under Printer Settings-->Media Type-->Fine Art Paper-->Hot Press Natural. If there is no setting for this paper, then you are probably out of luck. Last resort, call Epson. I'd be sure your machine can handle it, before chewing up this expensive product and ruining your machine.

question

Does anyone have experience hand-tinting photos with the paper and materials were used?
Asked by: Anonymous
The (300lb) paper takes acrylic, water color and gouache well. In the dark blacks the ink tends to lift a little but the other inks do not intermix or lift. I am printing with and Epson Surecolor P8OO using Epson's ultrachrome HD inks (recommended).
