Any vignetting on a wide angle lens tamron 35mm 1.8 on a full frame?
I would eat my light meter if one filter ever vignetted on a 35mm lens mounted to a full frame camera.

It seems like these are cheaper if purchased individually, am I missing something?
The added cost is due to the inclusion of the filter pouch.

Will these fit the Sony Alpha a6000?
You need to look at the diameter of your lens. In this case, it needs to be 49mm. That is what matters.

question
is this set going to cause vignetting when used on Tokina 11-16 lens?
You may experience vignette when using these filters on a Tokina 11-16mm lens and I advise you to go with wide-angle optimized filters. The Tiffen 77mm Wide Angle Filter Kit can be found at the following link: http://bhpho.to/1tWwDPO

So you can put all 3 ND on each other and make a 9 stop ND filter? Will these all stack with each other with a step up ring on? I have a 55mm thread filter lense I want to use this for to but I want them to stack with all of my lenses with step down rings
You can stack all three of these filters to create 9 stops, however by doing so you are increasing barrel length. This may result in vignetting as your camera may see the filter rings when shooting at wide focal lengths. A step up ring from 55 to 72mm may help with this, a step down ring would have the opposite effect and result in severe vignetting.
