10x25 Solo Monocular is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Impressed This monocular appears fairly well designed and solid, however the eye cup is very cheap and constructed poorly. I also found the focus knob to be difficult to use with one hand and even more awkward to use with the opposite hand. The eye relief is listed at 14.5mm, but yet seemed much worse than binoculars I have listed at 14mm. There was no way I could use the Vortex monocular with glasses. Finally, I found the slip-on case to be awkward and useless.Generally, I am a fan of Vortex equipment, but I'm certainly not a fan this particular design. It seemed like for $ you couldn't go wrong, but I returned it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT FOR WORK & PLAY I am a cable repair lineman for a huge phone company, sometimes you want to take a closer look at the lines without yawing a ladder or bucket, the Vortex Solo helps me inspect the area without having to leave the ground. I also look for potential hazards before going aloft. I originally bought the Solo for my upcoming Alaskan cruise in Sept.2018. I wanted something I could have in my pocket or on a lanyard at all times on the ship. You never know what will be swimming along side of the ship. The clarity of the Solo is surprising for the price Vortex has for it, and with the VIP Warranty this is the best valued monocular on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big results from a small package I got this as a lighter alternative to my 10x42 binoculars. I specifically got it to take with me on hiking and backpacking trips. I enjoying being able to get a little bit closer look at animals and natural features. This fits the bill perfectly at just over 1/4 of a pound it is light and gets the job done. Even though this is a 10x25 and only a monocular it is just as bright as and clear as my 10x42 bushnells binoculars that i paid around the same price for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for hikes I bought this for my mother, and have used it with her. She goes on daily hikes and wanted something small and lightweight that she could use to get a closer look at wildlife on the other side of the canyon. This has been perfect for her! Never thought I would like a monocular, but this has been surprisingly nice.
