If you're looking for better light using your on-camera flash, Photek's Softlighter Hot Shoe Diffuser Kit with Umbrella (60") fits the bill. You get a 60" umbrella with a white interior and black removable cover and a diffuser panel with an opening for your hot shoe flash and the umbrella shaft. A set of touch tabs for the flash head and a hot shoe umbrella/light stand adapter with an adjustable hot shoe locking plate for mounting the flash/umbrella to a stand are also included. This setup gives you a broad, soft studio-quality light using only a battery-powered "on-camera" flash.

Has anyone used a quantum Qflash T5D-R with this umbrella? Does the speed light opening have enough space to allow a Qflash to fit?
From the manufacturer, Yes you can use the Photek HSD-60K with the Quantum Flash you mentioned. The opening on the HSD diffuser is large enough.

Not for a Profoto D or B series with a "built in" reflector. On profoto pro heads or other strobe you may. Not these.

About 18'' of the end of the shaft just un screws so you can get the Softlighter closer to your subject and the shaft will not be in the image.

Does the 60" comes with the gold and silver inner reflectors? I got both the 46 and 60, however my 46" only has the reflectors. Just wondering if I've possibly misplaced them, or maybe they don't come with it.

The Photek SoftLighter Umbrella with Removable 8mm Shaft (60") is not recommended for continuous lights generating ample amounts of heat. An actual softbox would be better suited for a 600W continuous light.
