Is this compatible with the Canon PIXMA ip8720?

Is this compatible with the Canon PIXMA ip8720?
Asked by: John
The 8720 doesn't appear to have a roll feeder on the back, you need one of those to mount the roll. That said, you could cut the roll into pieces and print them from the manual feeder on those. But sizing would be a bit of a hassle. It's great stuff, but if they make it in sheets it would be more convenient for you.

question

I've been getting some pronounced banding, about 1/2 apart with the canvas on a Canon printer. Is it because I'm using a dye ink? Paperwork says it is designed for pigment.
Asked by: Anonymous
The printheads are about 1/2 apart. So it sounds like an absorbency issue with the ink. This is usually caused from ink incompatibility.

question

I have an Epson 3880 printer. It doesn't print rolls of paper but I'm wondering if I could cut 13 x 19 pieces and feed it through the rear feeder and get good results. Is that possible? Thanks, Rik Groves
Asked by: Anonymous
The Epson 3880 is compatible with that paper. You can cut it to the size you want or need.

Does this canvas require varnishing?

Does this canvas require varnishing?
Asked by: Joseph
It does not require it but I highly recommend it. The matte finish is highly susceptible to scuffing. If you're not going to varnish it BE VERY CAREFUL while mounting or framing. Also varnish will increase the life of the print.
