Will this shade work with a wide zoom such as the Nikon 16-35, or will it be in the field of view?
Asked by: Edward
With a full frame camera, it may be in the field of view from 35 to 28mm and definitely would be from 24mm on down if you use it as shown. You most likely would have to position it so far back on the lens to keep it out of the viewing field that it would become ineffective. A crop sensor camera would be a bit more forgiving in this respect.

I want to use this with a bulbous 14mm full-frame lens but I know I'd have to angle it high to avoid it showing in the field of view. How flexible is the shade material, will it hold its shape, and is it durable enough for me to do this and flatten it repeatedly without it failing?
Asked by: Travelwitheric
When using the Flex Lens Shade for SLR Lenses, the shade is flexible. It would be adviseable to bend the shade to the best position using the 14mm lens, before connecting to the lens, when possilble, to keep the shade in good condition.

question

Hi, I saw this advertised as an accessory for a 95mm Rokinon 650mm-1300mm lens.If the diameter is 95mm then the circumference is about 11.76 inches and the strap is only about 11 inches. Does this product really fit B&H # RO6501300TML MFR # 650Z?Or maybe, was this accessory listed by error?

This should git pretty much anything.. we use them all the time.. wonderful product. Iyr biggest lense is a sigma 100-300 2.8 .. and its an easy fit. Worst case..you could always add a strip of velcro.. but im.pretty sure you wont have any problems
