It's very lightweight and perfectly suitable for on-camera applications, and is just as ideal for AC-powered, continuous studio setups. It's adjustable from a warm 3200K to a cool 5600K color temperature for different shooting conditions, and features 312 LEDs that deliver up to 1400 lux brightness at 3 ft. Brightness is dimmable and flicker-free from 100-10%. Both color and brightness are adjustable by stepless, smooth-tuning dials on the rear. A magnetic, snap-on diffuser is included that will let you soften the light output and reduce contrast between different areas of your subject.

question

will this fit on a Cannon Vixia HFG10 without any adapters?
Asked by: Anonymous
This light, as well as most others, will require an adapter to fit into Canon's mini advanced accessory shoe:The Pearstone CSA-II Universal Shoe Adapter for Canon Camcorders with Mini Advanced Shoe is designed for all Canon Camcorders with a Mini Advanced Accessory Shoe. It allows you to mount external lights and microphones that feature a universal (AIS) cold shoe. Plus it features a locking wheel that's not only easier to lock, but holds better to the camera than previous models. It also has a front stop on the top shoe for more secure mounting. question

I have two questions:1. Does the color temperature change when the light is dimmed?2. What adapters (if any) are needed to mount this camera at a 90 degree angle off the top of a light stand so I can hang this light directly over the top of a camcorder that has a prompter (that's why I can't use the shoe mount)?
Asked by: Greg
The color temperature does not change based on intensity. Here is a list of adapters that will allow you to mount the light at a 90 degree angle. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/accessories/Conversion-Adapters-for-the-Genaray-LED-7100T/884129-REG-92392?from=detail
