I am looking to use this Lens on a Canon Cinema Camera , using a B4 2/3" to Canon EF Adapter from MTF Services. When using the MS-01 Zoom & Focus remotes, are the remotes able to plug directly into the lens? Or do the remotes need to speak to the lens through the camera?
Asked by: Steve
The Canon MS-01 connect to the lens directly. Please note to add a two handle tripod so you can mount the lens controls.

Is it any good in 4k? On a blackmagic ursa mini 4.6g2. Can the 2x extender be activated from the remote?

The resolution of a lens is determined by the camera not the lenses. The 2x extender is accessible through a switch that is located on the module near the rear element.

This has an 8 pin connect for the Servo Zoom control. For focus control you need a module like the one that is included with the Fujinon MS-01 Rear Zoom and Focus Lens Control Kit for ENG/EFP Lenses, BH #FUMS01. https://bhpho.to/2Ng1p3g
