The Impact Fabric Grid for Large Square Luxbanx is a 40 x 40" light modifier that attaches quickly to the softbox's recessed front via touch-fasteners. Impact Luxbanx Grid Overview

The fabric is tight and the crates are deep giving you a 40 degree spread of light. It also depends on the state of the soft box itself if the crate is drooping or not. This grid works as it should.

The Impact Fabric Grid for Large Square Luxbanx (40 x 40") BH #IMLBGSQL is specifically designed for the Impact 40x40. Adapting it would be a DIY process that may or may not work out.

How is this grid used? Do you need an aluminum frame with arms and grips heads in a c-stand? Or does it arm itself or is it attached to a softbox?

This grid would fasten via velcro tabs that are stitched into the fabric and inside the lip of the softbox.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to provide the exact dimensions as it depends on the tension or smoothness when applied to the touch fastener on the softbox, and how much give the material has as it lays above the diffuser.
