question

500Mbps? Try 50... setup was a breeze, and they work great. Except I am getting between 40 and 50 Mbps max. This was tested on both a laptop and a PS4 Pro. Our internet package is 100Mbps+, and I get that over our iPhone/iPad's wifi and when hardwired to the router on my desktop. Only bought these adapters because of the terrible wifi radio in the PS4. 40-50 is still a huge improvement, but it's a tenth what the box says. Any suggestions on getting that raised a bit?
Asked by: Eric
While the adapter itself is capable of speeds up to 500Mbps, your speeds are limited by the 1 x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Port. The only way around this limitation is to purchase an adapter with a gigabit ethernet port.

is it available in European plug ?

is it available in European plug ?
Asked by: Khalil
The plug on this model is designed for use in the United States; however, the TL-PA4010 Kit supports 100 - 240V 50/60Hz, so you can use them as long as you have the appropriate socket adapter. Regards, TP-Link Support

question

Can you connect this to Vonage?
Asked by: Anonymous
Hi there, if Vonage is your internet and telephony provider, regardless of his standard, I think it's impossible to connect this item on a netwotk, it's build to transport data into AC power circuitry. This limitation is certainly due to the bandwith of this circuitry. It's easy to eliminate a periodic wave with a stable frequency of 50 or 60 Hz but it's more difficult to discriminate a multi frequencies circuitry.... Maybe you can ask the manufacturer for more info?
