Made from a soft neoprene, this single black LegCoat Wrap 312 wraps around the upper part of your tripod's leg for protection as well as comfort when being handled. Using touch fasteners, the soft neoprene wrap is easily affixed to a tripod and creates a thermal barrier to keep the tripod manageable, even in extremely hot or cold conditions. The wrap also provides protection from bumps and scratches. To ensure the best quality it is made in the USA.

This model is 12" long and is designed for tripods with leg diameters of 1.25-1.4", such as the Gitzo Series 3.

Touch fastener for easy attachment and removal
Inside coating of the wrap is designed to prevent the tripod from slipping
The wrap creates a thermal barrier that makes the tripod easier to handle when outside in temperature extremes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LensCoat #312 Realtree M4 HD Leg wraps. I have a pair of LensCoat Camo leg wraps on every Gitzo tripod I own. (And I own a lot of them!) They are expensive and overpriced! But; they do work. They add a little extra camouflage to you equipment when out in the field to help hide you somewhat. But: mainly they add some protection to expensive carbon fiber upper leg section's, and also add some cushioning on your shoulder when you carry a tripod over your shoulder. Also; the upper leg sections are then cooler to the touch in the hot summer sun, and not freezing to the touch in the winter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice, but a touch bulky I like these, but they do add a little bulk to the tripod. They do help to save the shoulders from pain and fatigue while carrying a heavy camera on the tripod, on the shoulders, which id why I bought them. I do prefer the look and feel of my tripod though without these wraps. That said, I own them and I plan to keep them. Maybe I will take them off when I know they will not come in handy. We shall see. Perhaps I will get used to them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LegCoat Wraps 312 I just purchased these to replace the original soft pads on a Giottos MT-9370 tripod. They do add a little bulk to the tripod legs, but are less painful on your shoulder when carrying. I have to give them only 4 stars because they are attached with Velcro which I do not believe will last long with extensive use (time will tell). The price is good for the quality and they were easy to install. I did have to remove the original foam pads in order to make them fit properly. FYI - Use compressed air to remove the original foam pads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes my tripod comfy to carry! I love the lens coat products. These are especially nice because they fit snug and make carrying the tripod with camera and lens more comfortable to carry with the padding. I also love the camouflage look that matches my lens and gimbal head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again and again The product was very presentable, easy to attache and detach from my tripod legs, very nice prints and feels very comfortable to touch...I use this product when I do bird photography.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant Surprise I thought they were going to be tubes that fit around the tripod leg and were secured with a Velcro closure but they are actually flat pads that wrap around the leg and seal with a full length Velcro strip. I like flat better; they are not bulky but get the job done of acting as an insulator between the cold tripod leg and my hand. They will take almost no room in my luggage. I do a lot of winter landscape shooting and will get much good use out of this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leg Wraps I bought the leg wraps because I was looking for something that would provide a bit of padding for my shoulders when I carry my tripod, with the camera mounted on it. On the UP side, the leg wraps do that pretty well. On the downside, they are a bit on the bulky side and don't allow the legs to close completely (towards the center post). At this point, I'm not 100% sure I'll keep them, but then again they weren't that expensive. Time will tell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reasonably good set of tripod leg wraps Purchased these tripod leg wraps to go on my RRS tripod. They work as advertised and cushion well. I only wish the overlap created by their Velcro fastening system makes the wraps a bit bulky.
