question

Do I need extra clamps if I want to operate a 5D with Zoom & Sennheiser wireless receiver? Potentially a Rode mic too?
Asked by: Anonymous
I would suggest for you any of the numerous cages that are available for the Canon 5D. This one is by Varavon, a company that has shown they put a lot of value in their products. See the images on the B&H web page. One shows the cage with added accessories. Varavon ARMOR II Standard Cage for Canon EOS 5D Mark III B&H # VAAM5D3

question

What type of follow focus system would work with this?
Asked by: Anonymous
This shoulder mount includes 15mm rods, and the majority of follow focus systems mount to 15mm rods. Any follow focus that is based off of the 15mm rod standard can be used with this shoulder mount. One example is the Cavision RFD15BM Basic Mini Single Wheel Follow Focus for Film Cine Lens: http://bhpho.to/U7l0pl

question

Is this compatible with a Canon 5d Mark III?
Asked by: Anonymous
I would suggest a different type of rig since this one will not allow you to see the camera's rear screen for operating. I prefer one where the rig is offset and allows the camera to be directly in front of you. See the following suggestions. Cavision Shoulder Pad System with Single Handgrip B&H # CARSA1580SSP. Ivation Rig System for DSLR or Video Camera (Blue) B&H # IVRL02SETBL (Note: Special Order. This one is new so no reviews yet.) ikan HDSLR Camera Shoulder Rig B&H # IKELEDCFLY.
