FotodioX OM35-LM overview

  • 1Description

The FotodioX Olympus OM Pro Lens Adapter with Built-In Iris Control for Leica M-Mount Cameras is a high quality adapter that allows you to mount a Olympus OM mount lens to a Leica M mount camera body. It features a brass construction with a stainless steel finish as well as the ability to focus to infinity. This works with a leaf spring system for a secure attachment of the lens to the adapter. Additionally, this adapter features built-in iris control for manually changing the aperture of the lens.

Although the lens will fit physically, automatic lens control and functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. You can utilize aperture priority mode in combination with stop-down metering for automatic exposure control on your camera.

    FotodioX OM35-LM reviews

Olympus OM Pro Lens Adapter with Built-In Iris Control for Leica M-Mount Cameras is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good build, but FFD is off. I'm using this adapter with an OM 24mm on an M3, the fit and finish are good, but the flange distance is off, so that infinity focus on the film falls around the 3-meter mark on the lens. Easy to compensate for (along with shooting at a deeper stop), but not really ideal.
