question
Can this paint be made as a semi gloss or gloss?
I wouldn't mix it with another normal color, or a Luminous color (that's the color that glows by itself in the dark) unless the other color is a FLURESCENT color as well, then mix away .... (these fluorescent colors shine bright in the dark when you shine black light on them) you can mix this color with any other fluorescent color. I also recommend sealing the color after, for example with a glossy transparent floor finish, since the color is ultra matte, but won't loose it's shine if you seal it with a transparent colorless glossy finish.

question
Please keep in mind that it's best to keep the paint out of direct sunlight whenever possible, as prolonged exposure to UV light will cause a degradation in the pigment. Is there any (non-spray) clear sealant that might slow the degradation?
Hi Jan, there is. I'm a mural artist and used this product for stages. For murals to protect from UV rays I use a water base clear sealer that is for industrial use that is a brush on. I would think it would protect the fluorescent paint as well.

question
Can this paint be charged by the sun ?
No, this product is fluorescent white paint, which can not be charged by any light, and it does not glow in the dark. This fluorescent product glows in the dark when illuminated by a blacklight bulb or blacklight neon bulb. The paint that glows in the dark after having been charged in either sunlight or normal light bulb light is called LUMINOUS GLOW IN THE DARK white paint, and is a different product than this FLUORESCENT paint product. This fluorescent paint product will make anything that you paint with it look like there is a lamp inside, but you need a blacklight to gain/achieve the effect. When illuminated with blacklight the Shine or glow of this color is quite strong and remains on as long as the blacklight is on. When selecting a blacklight, select a strong one, meaning high in Voltage and black light ray.

question
Does this comes with clear coat and reducer
This is just a water based paint. The reducer is water. It will take multiple coats (3-5) to achieve a good hide in any commercial application setting.
