Add long-lasting V-mount battery support to compatible cameras with this dedicated V-Mount Plate from IndiPRO Tools. It connects to the camera using an NP-FW50 dummy battery at the end of a 24" cable and attaches to your rig via a 15mm LWS rod bracket provided on the bottom. When mounted on rods on the back of your rig, it can also function as a counterweight. This plate also features a D-Tap output for powering a 12-16V accessory simultaneously with the camera.

What connection cable do I need to power the Atomos Ninja Assassin using this v-mount plate ? I know that a v-mount battery has to be mounted too. Thanks.

How many devices can this connector power at a time?
The IndiPRO Tools V-Mount Plate with Sony NP-FW50 Dummy Battery has a connector that goes into Sony cameras like the a7 that take the dummy battery connection. The plate has also a d-tap for one other device. If you need to power more devices, you can use these splitters. Just keep in consideration, the more devices you power, the shorter the time the battery can power the camera.
