Canon AC-E6N AC Adapter

Provide a constant supply of AC power to select Canon cameras with this AC-E6N AC Adapter. The unit is designed for use with the DR-E6 or DR-E18 DC Coupler to allow you to operate for longer shooting sessions.

Canon DC Coupler DR-E18

Conserve the battery power of your Canon EOS Rebel T6s or T6i DSLR camera with the DC Coupler DR-E18. This convenient accessory fits inside the camera's battery compartment, and works with the optional AC Adapter AC-E6 to enable you to power the DSLR directly from a wall outlet for extended shooting time. This capability is useful when shooting in the studio for hours at a clip, since you won't have to worry about your battery running out of juice. Both the coupler and the AC-E6 adapter are included in the ACK-E18 AC Adapter Kit.

This adapter works wonderfully for my 77D. It was so annoying having to swap batteries constantly when trying to record videos prior to receiving this adapter. I could have easily ordered a much cheaper knock off of this from Amazon, but why run the risk of frying my camera body while trying to save a buck. If you can afford to spend the money on a nice camera body, you can afford to use the manufacturer grade accessories.

Can I rightly assume that the ACK-E18 will work properly with a Rebel SL3 since it uses an LP-E17 battery like the Rebel SL2?

Do you have to do something other than plug everything in? My battery packs are not working for my Canon Rebel t7i?

To power the Canon Rebel T7i with AC wall power all you have to do is put the included DC Coupler DR-E18 in the camera like you would a battery. Than attach the AC-E6N AC Adapter for EOS DSLR Cameras to the coupler and plug it into a wall socket

Full support for 220 A AC, 50 or 60 Hz. The ACK-E18 will work with an input of 100 to 240 V AC and provides an output of 8.00 V DC at up to 3 amps.
