Ilford 1865334 reviews

Multigrade FB Warmtone Paper (Glossy, 5 x 7" , 100 Sheets) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Multi-Use Photographic Paper Recently bought this on a whim, as I am still trying to find my Prince Charming paper-match!!, and was pleasantly surprised. As with other FB papers, developing and finishing times are a bit longer (read: tedious) but if the fantastic-almost museum quality-finish and colors of fb papers are what you are going for, this Warmtone Ilford type is no exception. (Also, warmtone papers are great for toning.) All in all, a great paper I'll give 4 stars, to simply because I prefer a more Matte finish to my prints. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You can never go wrong with fiber paper I have been using warmtone fiber based paper for several years now. I love the depth that it gives my photographs. This fiber paper produces a wide range of blacks, whites, and greys. This paper also tones and bleaches very well. I have always been happy with my results. The only thing I dislike about fiber paper is how long it takes to develop, but that cannot really be helped, it's just something that comes along with the process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality paper with a bit of a tint Ilford's warmtone paper produces some very rich dark tones, and selenium toner brings these out even more. However, the paper has a certain green caste to it that I'm sometimes not fond of. Toner helps shift this toward a reddish-brown color, but it's still a bit distracting. I would still recommend the paper, but be warned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Paper I am using this paper to contact print 4x5 negatives. The 5x7 is a perfect size for this without having to cut down 8x10 paper. Excellent gradation and nice warm image tone. I am using it with Ansco 130 developer with great results. I also love this particular gloss finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality paper Warmtone is subtle - not garish or cheesy. Not as warm as I thought it would be, just a warm, very dark brown that is almost black. Dries down a bit darker, to a handsome sheen. Beautiful, quality paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fiber based paper This is one of my favorite black and white papers and I couldn't find it in 5x7 here in Los Angeles but B&H had it and shipped it out as soon as they could. I want more...
