    I needed to get my lights out of drawers, and this fit the bill. Since the mounting holes would line up on one side for a stud and I didn’t want to use drywall anchors, I put a painted board up to secure them to. Great quality and design.

    Impact Studio Lighting does not list a specific bolt or screw size for use with the Impact Wall Plate with 90-Degree Baby Pin. They state that the screw holes in the Impact Wall Plate with 90-Degree Baby Pin are approximately 1/4-inch in diameter. The screw/bolt length and type would be dependent on the type of all construction you have (i.e., wallboard/drywall, concrete, brick, plaster, etc.).

    How much weight can these support? I want to use three of these to hang a 37-pound canvas backdrop on my wall (the backdrop is mounted on a top rail made of wood with three holes for hanging).

    The Impact Wall Plate with 90-Degree Baby Pin has a standard Baby Pin, just like any light stand, it it is computable with a standard grip head.
