Has anyone used this tripod with a Mamiya RB67 and how does it preform for you?
The Gitzo GIGT0545T Traveler Series 0 Carbon Fiber Tripod is excellent for the Mamiya RB67 Medium Format Film camera. However, you do need to add a tripod head. The Benro HD1A 3-Way Panhead, BH #BEHD1A, is a good option.

With a RRS BH-40, would the Series 0 handle a R5 with RF 100-500L plus 1.4 extender?
While technically the combination of R5 + 100-500mm lens and teleconverter works with this head, we'd recommend the Really Right Stuff BH55 over the BH40 for more stability plus a stronger set of legs such as the Gitzo GT2532: https://bhpho.to/3N6ELu4

question
Does the Gitzo GIGT0545T Traveler Series 0 Carbon Fiber Tripod have a (built-in) bubble for leveling?
Remember that these are the models that do not include a tripod head. There is no level. It would not make sense for the tripod to include a level. The head should have a level or one can be put on the camera hot shoe. It is a great tripod. Very solid. The 16.5 version fits in my carry on bag.

question
What is the best ballhead for this specific Gitzo tripod model? I am looking at either RRS BH-55 or BH-40. Any suggestions?
I have a Nikon D4S and a Nikon 810 so I use the RRS BH-55 for stability. I have never used the BH-40. Sorry
