Why would i buy this kit when if purchased separately, the combined cost for the three lenses is $50. cheaper? Are there additional accessories included in the kit that is not available if the lenses are purchased separately?

Yes, f/2.8 is between f/2 & f/4 but there is also intermediate stops, like f2.5, etc...

FUJIFILM XF f/2 R WR Lens All of them, the 23, 35, and 50 all say that they are 35mm equivalent. How is that possible?
What this refers to is the 35mm equivalent of each lens(the focal length after the crop factor of 1.5x). So the FUJIFILM XF 50mm f/2 R WR Lens would become a 76mm equivalent, while the 23mm will become 35mm and the 35mm will become 53mm.
