It does not communicate directly with the camera. You will either need 1 flash on camera and 1 flash off camera or a transmitter on camera and 1 flash off camera.

I have been using this with the Godox Ad 200 ...
I have been using this with the Godox Ad 200 using an A7ii and the TT350S in TTL mode and I det inconsistent exposures. Does the TTL mode really work with the AD200?
We set up the Godox TT350S Mini Thinklite TTL Flash to sync with the Godox AD200 in TTL mode and it works consistently in a studio environment.
