Great idea but flawed

It needs a screw or similar to stop it rotating when you're trying to mount it to the head. I've improvised a technique where my thumb holds it in place but (attempting this with the large 48" Rapid Switch it's a thumb breaker without an assistant). I've used many professional speed rings & inserts that have always allowed the insert to be held in place for mounting then allowed release for rotation.
