How does the size opening of the speedlite Switch Insert compare with the rapid box duo? Particularly, will the switch insert accept TWO speedlites like the rapid box duo?

The size of the opening allows one speedlite to be used. It is large enough to support any of the popular speedlite flash units on the market. The one exception is the Profoto A1, and we have a specific insert for that light.
