Great rangefinder bag

Very nice quality, very well thought out and organized. I love the tabs that allow you to cover the Velcro on the main flap so when you're shooting you can get in and out quickly without having to fight with the Velcro.

Almost perfect

It fits so much gear. Has a great feeling and quality. But... I would like it to have a zipper to protect my gear. Just like the Mover series does. Everything else is perfect. I carry my ZVE-10 + Sigma 16mm + Laowa 9mm + Sony 35mm 1.8 OSS + Rain cover on top + Extra Batteries and SD cards in front pocket.

Light and Agile Bag

I like the soft feel of the outer material. It's not abrasive like a lot of bags. I use this for one rangefinder and one Ricoh GR III to stay light and agile for streets or the sticks.

This is a great compact bag that can hold a surprising amount of kit - I carry 2 lenses and a body, and still have room for my battery charger, strap, and other small items. Feels great to wear, gear feels well protected, and quality seems top notch (though I haven't had it for long to assess how it holds up). Really looking forward to going on more excursions with it.

Great size for a small, convenient, comfortable bag, yet can pack a surprising amount - I carry 2 lenses, a body, an still have space for my battery charger and strap. Quality feels great so far, and my gear feels well protected and easily accessible. Looking forward to taking this on more excursions.

I have several Retrospective bags in different sizes and love them all. Fantastic quality and great looks.

Excellent Bag

I have two Retrospective bags. The first one I purchased was the larger 7 V2.0. The build quality is excellent and this smaller 4 V2.0 is perfect a light walkaround set up with a body/lens and two more small lenses. The bag itself is relatively light compared to a couple other bags I have. It occurred to me that these other bags weighed nearly as much as the equipment I was putting in them. I really like the Pinestone fabric. It's rich looking without being overly conspicuous. The options for using the Velcro closure are nice when you don't to make that tearing sound upon opening the top. All around very happy with it.

Will this bag handle a Nikon D750, 24-120 lens mounted, and a 70-300mm lens? Perhaps a flash? Thanks
Asked by: Chuck
The bag is too small for that set up. I suggest you lay out the gear and measure the area it roughy takes up if it were in a bag. Then you can get an idea of bag specs. This bag can hold a Sony RX100 type camera with room for a small accessory to each side. I'd suggest you look at the retrospective 10. Compare the dimensions

Will this bag retrospective 4 V2 hold Nikon z8 w 24-120 attached, and 26mm & 14-30mm also?
Asked by: Robert
No, the Think Tank Photo Retrospective 4 V2.0 Shoulder Bag (Pinestone) is too small for the Nikon z8 w 24-120mm lens attached, 26mm loose and the 14-30mm. The Think Tank Photo Retrospective 30 V2.0 Shoulder Bag (Pinestone) will be large enough, https://bhpho.to/2N0EHvw.

Asked by: joseph
It will hold the body only standing up straight on its bottom or side. It will not hold the camera with lens attached. The Retrospective 5 V2.0 will hold the body on its side with up to four inch lens attached.
