This shoulder bag appears to be very well made. It it roomy enough to hold mirrorless camera with grip, at least one additional lens, batteries, etc.

Not a comfortable to carry.

8 years ago happy to use this product , now too fat body of this retrosptive 10 shoulder bag , almost 8 inch wide ( like lunch box ) , not for city street photo . I'm use Manfrotto advanced maxi bag now , 12.5x 8.2x 4 inch 1.7 pounds size. very slime body of bag sexy looking too , thinktank photo. don't have this size of bag they are all too thicker body , Tenba Dna 9 also nice slim size , no more thinktank bag , stay at my storage permanently .

Z9 FITS WELL

Hard to find a bag that can handle the nearly 6 height of the Z9. Has a superb, heavy duty strap to distribute the weight too. Only negative would be the bag looks needlessly thick because of the outer pocket and large flap. Would have been nice to be big enough for the Z9, but be a bit more tidy. Overall, though it is a GREAT bag and I am very happy with it.

Using with Z9 with 24-70 vr and FTZ adapter. Camera fits nicely. Intelligently designed with a generous amount of pockets and security features...just the right balance. Very heavy duty strap which is so nice with a heavy camera.

Nice bag that has a lot of storage options and zippers/velcro options. Fits my R3 with medium telephoto and an extra zoom. I also throw my 50mm 1.8 in there.

I'd been using the Retrospective 20 v1 for years, and it's a great one. The Retrospective v2 bags are a very good improvement, mostly for the zippered opening that add security to the gear. I'm very happy with my new Retrospective 10

Will it fit a Canon 7D Mark 2 with a battery grip ...

Will it fit a Canon 7D Mark 2 with a battery grip and Tamron 18-400mm lens attached? If so, how many other lenses could be packed as well?
Asked by: Jerry
It should be able to fit with no problem. It is able to fit my Sony A7iii with a grip on and also an a7riv without a grip with a Tamron 28-75mm and a Sony 90mm macro lenses on them respectively. Besides these, it’s also able to fit two more lenses. I normally carry a Sony 70-200mm and also an 85mm at the same time with the two camera bodies I talked about earlier. After all these, the inner compartment is able to take my 13” MacBook Pro whiles the outer compartment fits my 11” inch iPad Pro. I hardly carry the MacBook Pro and iPad Pro which always gives me some flexibility. Carrying both of them makes it a bit tight. And don’t forget you have two pockets in the front of the bag that can also carry some other accessories.

Will this fit Microsoft 12.3" Multi-Touch Surface Pro 6 ? … Thank you.
Asked by: Mahmoud
It might be a snug fit, but it looks like it may work. The Laptop/Tablet compartment dimensions for the Think Tank Photo Retrospective 10 V2.0 Shoulder Bag are listed as 11.4 x 9.1 x 1.0", while the dimensions of the Microsoft 12.3" Multi-Touch Surface Pro 6 is listed as 11.5 x 7.9 x 0.3". The length of the Surface Pro is almost exactly the length of the compartment, which may be the only issue, which is why I say it is snug. As this is a new item that has not yet been released, I would recommend purchasing the case, and if it does not work for your usage needs, we do have a 30-Day Return Policy that would allow you to return the case for an exchange or a refund (subject to the terms & conditions on our Return Policy).
