Item was listed a used and in 8+ condition. Arrived in its original box, with instructions and allen wrench. Only item missing was the original Leofoto drawstring pouch. Item itself was in great shape with no obvious signs of use.

Close, but not quite

The overall quality of the product seemed reasonably good. However, I ended up sending it back because the leveling bubble was so small and oddly designed that it was very difficult to read and get a true level on the tripod. I wanted it for nighttime panoramas and if I couldn’t read it in good light, I knew it would be useless at night in poor light.

Will this 65mm Leveling Base be a good match for a 60.2mm Tripod Head (Acratech panoramic head)? Or should I get the one that's 60mm Ty.
Asked by: Gerardo
I read somewhere else the base diameter is 60mm and the top plate 65mm. So it should be a perfect match for your application.

Do all the Lefoto leveling basis work on all their tripods? Can I use the LB-65 on a LS-324C? Bigger sounds easer to see/handle.
Asked by: Laura
Leofoto LB-65 Leveling Base with Butterfly Handle with 65mm Plate will work on tripods that have a flat base and a 3/8" screw. The Leofoto LS-324C does so it is compatible with that tripod.

What diameter size would you recommend for using with the Manfrotto 502 Fluid head MVH502AH?
Asked by: Jean-Philippe
The Leofoto LB-65 Leveling Base with Butterfly Handle has a top plate that measures 65 mm, while the Manfrotto 502 Fluid Head MVH502AH base measures 74.93 mm. It will work but overlap the leveling base. The best leveling base would be one where the top is at least 70 mm.
