It features dual ball heads and 1/4"-20 screw mounts with tightening thumbwheels and anti-twist locating pins on each end. This lightweight aluminum and stainless steel arm has a load capacity of 12 lb. Each ball mount features a silicone gasket to add grip and friction to the mount when adjusting position, and both are tightened with a center locking lever. A magnetic wrench is included to help tighten the thumbwheels.

These things are excellent. I bought multiples and I'm glad I did — everything has a thread mount! If only everything had locating pin holes as well ...

A little clumsy and flimsy

The clamp handle is quite large and gets in the way a bit - it's surprisingly fiddly and awkward to manoeuvre things around such that you can position it where you want while also leaving enough room to tighten the clamp. I find it near impossible to tighten the screws enough to keep it locked in place. The meagre torque afforded by its length is more than enough to overcome the hand-tightened screws. It's better than a simple flexible arm in terms of precise positioning, but not really any better in terms of rigidity.
