Junior Boa Weight Bag is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10-lb counter weight bag for how much? It took me a while to convince myself to make the purchase (because of the price). I have other bags and solid lead weights. My existing bags are DYI sand filled. This unit comes prefilled with beads. I love this boa because the upper handle can quickly wrap around a tripod leg, a light stand tightening screw or what ever in about 2 seconds. My other weight units can not. I have also carried it over my shoulder to get to the next field location. It is quality stitched and I am confident that it will last a long time. Yes, another tool in the box but I grab for it first over my other weights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Perfect for light stands holding speedlites. Smaller than most sandbags. I like it a lot. Build quality seems great so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great flexible sandbag I have used sandbags for years, this is the best I have used. It doesn't leak sand like most bags due (not even sure what is inside of it). I love that you can wrap it around a lightstand instead of hanging it from the adjustment knob. After watching a studio light blow over I always use sandbags. Highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Weight These things are awesome. They are more impressive in person, than in the picture. They are very easy to use, and one thing I love about them, is the grippy neck part, which wraps around your light stands to keep it in place. They are also very compact for their weight. My only complaint, is that the price of these things seems to keep going up, not to mention, they are expensive to ship. That is my only reason for giving 4 stars, because it is a 5 star product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 10 pounders Matthews equipment is just reliable and this is no exception. I especially like how these wrap around the base of stand and stay there. And like clamps, one can never have too many weight bags (unless you have to carry them all!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME This has to be the greatest product to date. I use to carry around sand bags in a large container and it can be a bit cumbersome especially when I am by myself. Clients would even offer to carry some of my stuff to the location. These boa bags are life savers. They are small and easy to transport. They stay with me on ever shoot regardless if I need them or not. Awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Design IMO Other weight bags may offer a cheaper price or heavier weight options, but overall I love the Matthews Boa weight bags as they are pre-filled with sand, sealed shut, and give me a lot of flexibility with their design. I can use them to offset a boom arm, wrap around tripod or light stand bases, or hang midway on a stand handle to offset the weight of something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The handiest sandbag ever! I mostly shoot on location and often need to weight down light stands. The Boa is a great concept, easy to use and small in size making it much easier to pack. The build quality is good, as I would expect from MSE. I have not had the bag for that long so I cannot comment on durability but I would expect it to last a good long time.
