Leica rangefinders, by default, are preset to -0.5 diopters, and this correction lens will bring the final strength to -1.5 diopters.

Works great for Leica MP. My vision is -1.25, this lens plus viewfinder of the camera gives -1.5. Thank You B&H!

If you are far sighted and cant get that manual focus so easy anymore, stop trying to fool yourself, you and your Leica deserve this upgrade. It makes life a lot easier. It adjusts perfectly to the eyepiece and that is all. It is expensive, maybe outrageous for what it is, but I cant live without it
